works as described. When it came in, the buttons were unseated and became stuck, so I had to open it up to reseat them. It has been working fine since. I may add another 18650 battery for longer run time

absolutely love it I've tested in a few times and on high power I got a solid 4 hours it's it's quite snug around the neck so I'm not sure if it'll fit somebody a little larger than myself I medium build but I think it's designed that way so that it's sits tight and all the air flow gets in the right places because had they been larger and more gappy the constricted air would be going everywhere but your face and neck so I guess that's the design if that's the case then it serves it's purpose perfectly and the price respectively that's for sure considering there are many others for far more and this is my second type of different fan which is one blows the other one out of the water.
